Signal Runners - 3000 Miles From Home

There could have been any number of tunes that got the nod this week, being as it was Global Gathering this weekend. Just when I thought the Judge couldn't get any better, he drops last week's tune, Red Snapper, and then this. A great summery tune that made it a perfect moment in the middle of the fields of Warwickshire!

K90 - Red Snapper

A change of style for this week, as I've gone for a trance tune. Judge Jules got there a few weeks ago, making this his 'Tried and Tested' tune, and I certainly can't argue against that decision. This is quite simply what trance should be about. Melodic, emotional and pumping!

Olav Basoski - Waterman

I heard this track last December, but was never been able to find out what it was called until now. It has catchy vocals (if you can call them that!) which means that once you've heard it the first time, you'll never forget them. Infectious stuff!

Herd & Fitz - Just Can't Get Enough

This tune seems to have stolen it's tune from Faithless - Insomnia, which is no bad thing, really. It is a real grower, getting better with every listen. I played it at a house party this week, and got a great response to it from many people. Like I say with so many of the tunes on this blog, I reckon it will be big!

Elio Rios and Raffunk - To Be or Not To Be

The title refers to a line in Shakespeare's Hamlet, and the record has a picture of old Shakey on the label, which is certainly different. The piano riff in this little corker has a certain old skool sound to it, and is just so damn catchy. Get it.
